Ordering

What are the shipping times?

You will be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.


UK Standard shipping : 2-4 working days

UK Express shipping : 1-2 working days 

International shipping 5-7 working days 


Pre-order 8-12 weeks (BACK ORDERED) followed by 1-4 days shipping once dispatched

Once your order is confirmed, we are unable to alter the delivery address under any circumstances.

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too!
If you would like to refund an item you have received you may contact us via Instagram @carsicko or email infocarsicko@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.

If you would like to refund an item before it has arrived you may contact us via Instagram @carsicko or email infocarsicko@gmail.com

Once an order is placed, we are unable to alter it for security purposes so please make sure all of your details are correct.

On some occasions a gift card will be offered as an alternative.

How do drops work?

Each drop/item is released twice. 

Once the second drop has happened the item generally will not release again.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

Carsicko only offers store credit notes/exchanges for damaged items as well as items not received within the time frame stated on a product.

We thoroughly check items to prevent mishaps from happening. Enquires must be made within 1 day of receiving an item to be taken into consideration of store credit note or exchanges.
Store credit notes will be made to the original email used to purchase, with the exact amount. 

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
